Elbow Pasta Salad with Ham

Delicious salad, easy and quick to prepare, and everyone will love it! Including the little ones at home. The combination of elbow pasta with mustard, mayonnaise, and a bit of serrano chili is unmatched.

  • 400 grams turkey breast, cut into thick cubes

  • Boil the La Moderna elbow pasta (according to package instructions). After the cooking time, drain and let cool.
  • Place the onion and serrano chili in a bowl to marinate with lemon and salt.
  • Add the cream, mayonnaise, and mustard and mix well.
  • Incorporate the ham, lettuce, vegetables, pasta, and mix well. Finally, add the tomato.
