It’s a modern soup pasta of ammunition, made with basic ingredients we have in our fridge and pantry, easy to make, delicious, nutritious, and economical; plus, it’s a super elegant starter that both adults and kids will enjoy.
We put 1 1/2 liters of water to boil in a deep pot; when it is boiling, we add salt and pasta, cover, and lower the heat, letting it cook for about 15 minutes.
We beat the yogurt with mayonnaise, mustard, and honey until fully combined. We drain the pasta and add it to a glass bowl.
We add the yogurt mixture. We mold it on a plate with a ring I made from a can, pressing very well and unmolding.
We decorate with lettuce, carrot, and jicama, over a mirror of ketchup. It’s a salad that I serve as a starter at my birthday meals.
