Cook La Moderna® pasta in 2 liters of water for 11 minutes.
Drain and set aside until cool.
Separately, remove the seeds and cut the tomato and panela cheese into cubes, chop the onion and the bunch of cilantro that has been previously washed and disinfected.
In a bowl, place the cooled pasta and drizzle with a little oil, then stir.
Add the chopped vegetables, cheese, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, the rest of the oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients until well integrated.
Plate and decorate with avocado slices and you're done!
