Fresh Munitions Salad

This is a good and original recipe for pasta munitions salad. Furthermore, it is very refreshing due to the variety of ingredients it contains. It’s delicious; dare to prepare it and you will see.

  • 200 grams pasta , of munitions La Moderna®
  • 2 liters water, to cook the pasta.
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seedless and in cubes.
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped.
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped.
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds, (optional)
  • 120 grams panela cheese , in cubes
  • 2 lemons, (its juice)
  • 40 milliliters olive oil , or avocado
  • 1 pinch salt , and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 avocados, sliced

  • Cook La Moderna® pasta in 2 liters of water for 11 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside until cool.
  • Separately, remove the seeds and cut the tomato and panela cheese into cubes, chop the onion and the bunch of cilantro that has been previously washed and disinfected.
  • In a bowl, place the cooled pasta and drizzle with a little oil, then stir.
  • Add the chopped vegetables, cheese, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, the rest of the oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well integrated.
  • Plate and decorate with avocado slices and you're done!
