Greek Ammunition Salad

  • 1 package La Moderna® pasta, of ammunition
  • 1 escarole lettuce
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes and seedless
  • 1 can pitted black olives, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper

  • Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Gently mix the pasta, lettuce, cheese, tomato, and olives.
  • Mix the olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
