1 escarole lettuce
200 grams panela cheese
2 tomatoes, cut into cubes and seedless
1 can pitted black olives, cut in half
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, and pepper

Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.
Gently mix the pasta, lettuce, cheese, tomato, and olives.
Mix the olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
