Healthy salad that contains vegetables, La Moderna® pasta. Delicious recipe, super healthy, easy, and quick. This pasta salad recipe can be an excellent side dish or everyday dinner.
Wash and disinfect the vegetables (Spinach, Carrot, and Broccoli).
Separate the spinach leaves.
Cut the carrot into slices, making medium circles.
Cut the broccoli into florets and cook it.
Cook the La Moderna® Codito Number 3 pasta in 2 liters of boiling water, pour the contents of the package, let it cook for 10 minutes, and drain.
And rinse it with cold water to keep it al dente.
Place it on a plate.
Mix the cream and pasta.
Mix the Chipotle Pepper into the previous mixture until well combined.
Serve with the vegetables.
