Mixed Salad with Pasta

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions, while you wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • When the pasta is ready let it cool and reserve.
  • Chop all the vegetables and cheese.
  • Mix the vegetables and cheese. Apart mix the lettuce and spinach.
  • Use the mixture of lettuce and spinach as a base. And on the base add the mixture of vegetables and pasta.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of fine herb oil.
