Mixed Salad with Pasta

This is a salad that you can make with a simple base and many vegetables. The special part is adding carbohydrates and proteins. It's very useful for busy people and keeps you full for a long time.

  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese
  • corn tortillas, golden and cut into strips
  • 1 package La Moderna® spaghetti
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil, herbs

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, while washing and disinfecting the vegetables.
  • When the pasta is ready, let it cool and set aside.
  • Chop all the vegetables and cheese.
  • Mix the vegetables and cheese. On the side, mix the lettuce and spinach.
  • Use the lettuce and spinach mixture as a base. On top of the base, add the vegetable mixture and pasta.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of herb-infused oil.
