1 Romaine lettuce
2 cups spinach
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/2 cups panela cheese
corn tortillas, golden and cut into strips
1 package La Moderna® spaghetti
1 red bell pepper
salt

Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions, while you wash and disinfect the vegetables.
When the pasta is ready let it cool and reserve.
Chop all the vegetables and cheese.
Mix the vegetables and cheese. Apart mix the lettuce and spinach.
Use the mixture of lettuce and spinach as a base. And on the base add the mixture of vegetables and pasta.
Season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of fine herb oil.
