Pasta Salad with Ham

  • 1 package penne rigate pasta, 200 g, cooked
  • 2 cups deli ham, diced turkey breast
  • 1/2 cups celery, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups pimentón, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, light
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, light
  • parsley, finely chopped, for decoration

  • Place the pasta, ham, celery, carrot, pineapple, red bell pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, and sour cream in a bowl. Then, season with salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients perfectly.
  • Decorate the pasta salad with ham by placing a bed of lettuce and then sprinkling parsley on top.
