400 grams La Moderna® pasta, noodles
1 bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 eggplant
3 Roma tomatoes
10 slices deli ham
1 onion, cut into half moons
2 garlic
1 teaspoon basil
pepper , and salt
olive oil

Boil the noodles in salted boiling water
Roast and slice the bell peppers into strips
Fry the eggplant in oil over medium heat and slice it into strips
Roast the quartered tomatoes with garlic and onion
Roast the slices of ham
Mix everything well and serve hot
