Pasta Salad with Roasted Vegetables

  • 400 grams La Moderna® pasta, noodles
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 1 onion, cut into half moons
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • pepper , and salt
  • olive oil

  • Boil the noodles in salted boiling water
  • Roast and slice the bell peppers into strips
  • Fry the eggplant in oil over medium heat and slice it into strips
  • Roast the quartered tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • Roast the slices of ham
  • Mix everything well and serve hot
