Pasta Salad with Roasted Vegetables

For those surprise visits, prepare this delicious salad with ingredients that always save us. You can prepare it in a matter of minutes and the best thing is that all the ingredients are in the cupboard.

400 grams La Moderna® pasta, noodles
1 bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 eggplant
3 Roma tomatoes
10 slices deli ham
1 onion, cut in half moons
2 garlic
1 teaspoon basil
pepper, and salt
olive oil
Preparation

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water
Roast and cut the peppers in strips
The eggplant put to brown in oil over medium heat and slice it into strips
Roast the tomatoes cut in quarters with the garlic and onion
Roast ham slices
Stir everything well and serve hot
