Snack Salad

It is a pasta salad recipe with avocado and tuna. Delicious, very nutritious, and light. It is ideal as a side dish, as a light snack, or as a healthy dinner recipe.

  • 220 grams macaroni pasta, La Moderna®
  • 200 grams cherry tomato
  • 300 grams mixed lettuce
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 100 grams mayonnaise
  • 100 milliliters soy sauce
  • 2 lemons, (its juice)
  • 2 avocados

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; I cooked it with a bay leaf, a quarter of an onion, and a tablespoon of oil, salt, and Knorr Swiss, one tablespoon.
  • In a bowl, place the mixed lettuce, tomato, and the two cans of tuna,
  • The avocado is peeled and cut into small cubes.
  • Add mayonnaise, lemon, and soy sauce.
  • Mix all the ingredients and you're done.
