  • In one and a half liters of water, add half an onion with a bay leaf and let it boil; Add the pasta until it is al Dente approximately 13 to 17 minutes. Drain the pasta and stop the cooking with cold water.
  • We wash, disinfect, and chop the vegetables. In a skillet, add a little olive oil, half an onion, potatoes, and bell pepper; Let it heat until softened; Add the tuna and oregano to taste. Remove from heat.
  • In a small pot, add the necessary amount of cold water. Put it on high heat until it starts to boil. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cook naturally in the hot water for 8 or 9 minutes. Remove the eggs from the water and rinse with cold water, then peel the eggs.
  • In a bowl, add the tuna preparation, the already cooked pasta, carrot, cherry tomatoes, slices of fresh cheese, ham, and the already boiled eggs.
  • Season with salt and olive oil or dressing.
