Cook the pasta according to the instructions while washing the carrots and cucumber.
Using a vegetable peeler, remove the first layer of the carrots and cut the carrots in half lengthwise. Continue peeling the carrot with the peeler along its length to make thin strips.
With the peeler, remove some strips of cucumber skin, so it alternates between dark green and light green. Then cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Continue peeling the cucumber with the peeler to make thin strips.
Mix the cucumber, carrot, and spaghetti. Serve.
Season with salt and pepper, add a few drops of lemon and soy sauce.
