Fried Potato Cubes with Sesame

Excellent fried potato cubes and sesame; the crunchy texture of the sesame makes this recipe a great companion for your dishes. An easy, colorful, and very nutritious recipe. Perfect for summer days.

  • 1 potato
  • 1/4 bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 leaves spinach
  • 2 leaves chard
  • coconut oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste

  • Wash and disinfect the potato, bell pepper, and green leaves before preparation. Let drain.
  • Cut the potato into strips and then into small cubes, not too small.
  • Finely chop the green leaves once they are dry.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
  • Add the potatoes to the skillet and let them fry for five minutes, stirring so they don't burn. Low heat.
  • Add the bell pepper and green leaves. Mix the ingredients and fry for five more minutes or until the potatoes are fried.
  • Sprinkle the sesame and add salt to taste.
  • And it's ready! To enjoy
