Fried Potato Cubes with Sesame

1 potato
1/4 bell peppers
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 leaves spinach
2 leaves chard
coconut oil, to taste
salt, to taste
Preparation

Wash and disinfect the potato, bell pepper, and green leaves before preparation. Let drain.
Cut the potato into strips and then into small cubes, not too small.
Finely chop the green leaves once they are dry.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
Add the potatoes to the skillet and let them fry for five minutes, stirring so they don't burn. Low heat.
Add the bell pepper and green leaves. Mix the ingredients and fry for five more minutes or until the potatoes are fried.
Sprinkle the sesame and add salt to taste.
And it's ready! To enjoy
