  • 1 cucumber, seedless cucumber
  • 1 lettuce, washed curly lettuce
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • Grate the carrot, chop the apple and lettuce, and cut the cucumber into very thin slices; place everything in a bowl.
