Roasted Chicken Salad

  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 200 grams lettuce, disinfected in pieces
  • basil, disinfected
  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 1/2 cups candied pecans, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in Milanese

  • MIXES The first 3 ingredients and season with salt and pepper and marinade with this mix the milanesas for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
