  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 200 grams lettuce, disinfected in pieces
  • basil, disinfected
  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 1/2 cups candied pecans, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into fillets

  • MIX The first 3 ingredients and season with salt and pepper, and marinate the fillets with this mixture for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • GRILL With a tablespoon of oil, grill each fillet. Cool and slice into strips. Set aside.
  • PLACE Pour the marinade liquid into the pan where the breaded fillets were cooked and leave on medium heat for 3 minutes. Strain, cool, and set aside.
  • POUR 4 liters of boiling water and salt into a pot, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and cool.
  • SERVE On a plate with lettuce and basil, mix with the pasta and place the breaded fillet and walnuts, drench with the dressing.
