Roasted Pepper Salad

Roasted Pepper and Ham Salad, serve it with Milpa Real Toasts

  • 2 bell pepper, roasted
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika, or piquin chili
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • pepper, to taste

  • Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing lemon juice and spices. Add the olive oil.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the tomato and peppers with the vinaigrette.
  • Place in a glass salad bowl and garnish with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
