  • 1 package La Moderna® elbow pasta 4, 450 g
  • 4 liters water
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup turkey deli ham
  • 1 cup panela cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • water
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • chives, finely chopped

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the eggs, and cook for 8 minutes. Remove, let cool, and peel them. Cut into quarters.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and incorporate the 450 g La Moderna® Elbow Pasta. Cook for 8 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside in a bowl.
  • For the dressing: mix the unsweetened yogurt, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the turkey ham, panela cheese, and tomato into cubes. Set aside.
  • Add the pasta to a bowl, pour in the dressing, and incorporate the cubes of panela cheese, turkey ham, cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped chives.
