Salad with Grapes, Cheese, and Pine Nuts

This delicious salad includes apple, endives, grapes, pine nuts, goat cheese, and a tasty vinaigrette.

  • 9 cups endive lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 30 green grapes, seedless
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
