9 cups endive lettuce, coarsely chopped
1 green apple
1 tablespoon lime juice
30 green grapes, seedless
3 tablespoons pine nuts
1/4 cups goat cheese, crumbled
2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

Peel and chop the apple into cubes and mix in a deep bowl with lemon juice.
Add the lettuce, grapes, pine nuts, and mix well.
In another deep bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the vinaigrette with the salad and add the cheese, serve.
