1 chicken breast, roasted in pieces
1 carrot, cooked, sliced
1 beet, cooked, diced
1/4 lettuce, ball, disinfected and chopped
1 potato, large, cooked, and cut into pieces
2 tablespoons parsley
salt, and pepper to taste
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons raisins

In a bowl, we place all the ingredients except for the chicken and mix well to incorporate the ingredients.
We put the bowl with the salad in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
At the time of serving, we place a portion of salad on a plate and top with the hot chicken.
