  • 1 chicken breast, roasted in pieces
  • 1 carrot, cooked, sliced
  • 1 beet, cooked, diced
  • 1/4 lettuce, ball, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 potato, large, cooked, and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

  • In a bowl, we place all the ingredients except for the chicken and mix well to incorporate the ingredients.
  • We put the bowl with the salad in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
  • At the time of serving, we place a portion of salad on a plate and top with the hot chicken.
