  • 80 grams nut
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 80 cranberries

  • Put the cheese in the fridge and take it out just when you are going to slice it. Cut it with a bread knife and soak it in water to prevent sticking and crumbling.
  • Mix the lettuce with the blueberries and walnuts, reserving some for decoration.
  • Place the mixture in the salad bowl and top with the reserved walnuts, blueberries, and slices of goat cheese.
