1/4 cups lemon juice
1 cup mint leaf , disinfected
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 cups granulated sugar, Splenda
2 zucchinis, medium and washed
3 sprigs celery, disinfected
1 avocado, medium
1 package goat cheese, natural
6 cups lettuce, organic

For the Mint and Lemon Dressing: Blend the first 6 ingredients well in a blender
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds
Slice the celery and avocado
Crumble the goat cheese
Manually cut the lettuce into strips and mix it with the Mint and Lemon dressing until well coated
Add the zucchini, celery, and avocado with a bit more dressing
