Turkey Breast Salad

  • 2 cups spinach leaf, cleaned
  • 1 cup strawberries, disinfected and sliced
  • 8 slices goat cheese
  • amaranth, to taste

  • In a bowl, chop the spinach, add the strawberries and the sliced strawberries, cut the slices of Capistrano® Equilibra turkey breast and mix into the bowl.
