  • 2 apples
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon corn kernel
  • 250 grams rice, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Preparation: The night before cooking, soak the chickpeas in cold water.
  • The next day, you will need to cook them with salt and remove the skins that they release.
  • The next day: Grill the fish fillet and the nopales.
  • Once cooked, cut them into cubes.
  • Cut the apple and tomato into small cubes.
  • Serve the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl.
  • Add to the salad bowl 1 tablespoon of corn kernels, the chickpeas, and the 250 grams of previously cooked rice, the apple, the tomato, the nopales, and the fish.
  • Season with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
