Salad with seasonal fruits, for any occasion. This is a very versatile recipe as you can use your favorite fruit mix with serrano ham, blue cheese, cream cheese, sesame seeds, and dressing. A perfect option for eating something fresh and light.

  • 100 grams fruit , chopped seasonal
  • 100 grams serrano ham, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, caramelized
  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • dressing, raspberry

  • Mix the cream cheese with the blue cheese, once well combined, form medium-sized balls with the mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients and finally add the cheese balls you prepared with the mixture, add the raspberry dressing to your liking.
