  • 1 1/2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry , quartered
  • 1/2 cups red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cups cucumber
  • 1 cup avocado, firm, in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, candied
  • queso fresco
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cups white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups strawberry , clean
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Blend the olive oil, white vinegar, the other strawberries, and season with salt and pepper.
