Spinach Salad with Serrano Ham Dressing

Spinach salad with walnuts, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, and a delicious dressing made with white wine and serrano ham.

  • 1/2 cups serrano ham, chopped

  • 1/4 cups dry white wine

  • Heat the oil and add the garlic and ham. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Add the wine and lemon juice. Let it cool completely, season with salt and fresh pepper.
  • Toss the spinach leaves with the mushrooms, cheese, and walnuts, add the dressing and season.
  • You can add hard-boiled eggs if desired.
