Stuffed Avocado

  • 2 avocados, or palta
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/2 potatoes
  • 1 can tuna
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg

  • Place the potato in a pot and cook until soft. In another pot, place the egg and cook for a few minutes until perfectly cooked.
  • Grate the carrot.
  • Cut the egg and potato into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, egg, and mix.
  • Cut the avocados in half and fill with the salad.
