Surimi Salad with Hearts of Palm and Orange

  • 4 oranges
  • 500 grams surimi
  • 1 can Extra Special® hearts of palm

  • Cut the tops off the oranges and, using a knife and a spoon, carefully remove the segments and hollow out the oranges well. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the surimi with the hearts of palm, celery, jicama, cucumber, radishes, cheese, orange segments, fleur de sel, and vinaigrette.
