500 grams surimi
1 can Extra Special® hearts of palm
2 sprigs celery, diced
1/4 jicamas, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 radishes, diced
250 grams Extra Special® feta cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon fleur de sel Extra Special® with basil
1 Extra Special® sesame vinaigrette

Cut the tops off the oranges and, using a knife and a spoon, carefully remove the segments and hollow out the oranges well. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the surimi with the hearts of palm, celery, jicama, cucumber, radishes, cheese, orange segments, fleur de sel, and vinaigrette.
Fill the orange peels with the salad and garnish with the tops.
