Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple

  • 1 package Wok Eva® Mix
  • 400 grams chicken breast, in large cubes
  • 5 slices pineapple, canned pineapple
  • sesame oil
  • 1/4 cups green onion, slice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onion stalks, chopped
  • sesame seeds, white, for garnish
  • black sesame seeds, for garnish
  • white rice, cooked, to accompany

  • Separate the vinaigrette and vegetables from the Eva® Wok Mix.
  • Place the chicken and pineapple in a large container, pour the Eva® Wok Mix vinaigrette and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Add a little sesame oil to a hot pan, place the chicken and pineapple with enough Eva® Wok Mix vinaigrette, cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the same pan, pour a little more sesame oil, sauté the onion and ginger until they change color. Add the Eva® Wok Mix, salt, and pepper. Incorporate the green onion tops and the teriyaki chicken with pineapple. Cook for 5 more minutes and remove from heat.
  • Serve immediately, garnish with white sesame and black sesame. Accompany with white rice.
