Delicious Russian salad to take for lunch, nutritious and easy to make, can be accompanied with crackers.

  • 4 potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 3 carrots, cut into small cubes
  • 4 eggs , cooked cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 onions, chopped into small cubes
  • 1 chicken breast , cooked and shredded
  • 100 milliliters sour cream
  • 390 grams mayonnaise
  • 220 grams peas
  • 1 jar pitted olives
  • 1 can bell pepper
  • ground peppers, to taste
  • salt , to taste

  • Cook the chicken breast with garlic, onion, and salt to taste so that the meat has flavor, once cooked shred it and set aside.
  • Cut the potatoes and carrot into small cubes and cook separately, drain and set aside.
  • In a deep bowl, place the carrot, shredded chicken breast, mayonnaise, peas, onion, cream, and olives and mix everything perfectly.
  • Place the bell pepper in small cubes and the potatoes and mix again gently to avoid mashing the potatoes and bell pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and chill for 30 minutes.
