4 potatoes, cut into small cubes
3 carrots, cut into small cubes
4 eggs , cooked cut into small cubes
1/4 onions, chopped into small cubes
1 chicken breast , cooked and shredded
100 milliliters sour cream
390 grams mayonnaise
220 grams peas
1 jar pitted olives
1 can bell pepper
ground peppers, to taste
salt , to taste

Cook the chicken breast with garlic, onion, and salt to taste so that the meat has flavor, once cooked shred it and set aside.
Cut the potatoes and carrot into small cubes and cook separately, drain and set aside.
In a deep bowl, place the carrot, shredded chicken breast, mayonnaise, peas, onion, cream, and olives and mix everything perfectly.
Place the bell pepper in small cubes and the potatoes and mix again gently to avoid mashing the potatoes and bell pepper.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and chill for 30 minutes.
