200 grams canned tuna
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 handful parsley, chopped
1 lime, (only the juice)
1/2 red onions, chopped
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch pepper
olives
capers, or anchovies (optional)
1 cucumber
Preparation

Mix the tuna with olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, and red onion, and season with salt and pepper.
You can add a few finely chopped olives, capers, or anchovies.
Cut the cucumber into 5mm slices.
