  • 250 grams feta cheese
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 300 grams cranberries
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 celeries, in pieces

  • Cut and disinfect the lettuce, the beet is boiled in salted water and once cooked, it is cut into small cubes.
  • Grate the carrots, chop the celery and the broccoli.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl: lettuce, beet, blueberries, carrots, celery, broccoli, alfalfa, tuna, and crumbled cheese.
