Tuna Salad with Cookies

This dish can work very well as a snack, snack dish or to take lunch anywhere. This recipe for tuna salad with cookies is a practical kitchen classic because it is delicious, as well as being a perfect option for the season of Lent. Enjoy with Ritz® crackers.

  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cups peas, Cooked
  • 1 cup carrot, diced, cooked
  • 2 serrano chiles, seedless, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 envelope Dolores® Premium tuna loin, 78 grams
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups plain yogurt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 package Ritz® cookies
  • parsley, to decorate

  • In a bowl mix the onion, the tomato, the pea, the carrot, the panela cheese, the parsley and the Dolores® Premium Tuna Loin. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, plain yogurt, salt and pepper. Move until fully incorporated.
  • On a Ritz® Cracker, place a little of the mixture and decorate with parsley.
