Tuna salad with mustard vinaigrette

This recipe is a delicious tuna salad with mustard vinaigrette. It is for the whole family and is well complemented to give your family everything they need to eat.

  • 1/4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, in juliana
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, filleted
  • 2 dried árbol chiles
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato
  • 1/2 cups red beefsteak tomato, pear
  • 1/8 teaspoons fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon capers, with everything and brine (the juice)
  • 3 cans canned tuna in water, drained
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons table salt
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar, chopped
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 white bread, in slices

  • Heat butter, garlic, green pepper and onion in a pan.
  • Sauté for a couple of minutes, add chili, tomatoes, oregano, capers with juice, tuna, sauté, season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat, let cool and reserve.
  • For the vinaigrette, in a bowl mix the mustard, olive oil, oregano, chives and vinegar.
  • Mix the tuna with the lettuce.
  • Serve in a bowl or salad bowl, bathe with the dressing and accompany with slices of toast.
