1/4 teaspoons unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 green bell pepper, julienned
3 tablespoons red onion, fileted
2 dried árbol chiles
1/2 cups cherry tomato
1/2 cups red beefsteak tomato, pear
1/8 teaspoons fresh oregano
1 tablespoon capers, with all the brine (the juice)
3 cans canned tuna in water, drained
1/8 teaspoons black pepper powder
1/8 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoons oregano
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
2 tablespoons vinegar, chopped
1 cup Romaine lettuce, washed, sanitized, and chopped
1 white bread, sliced

Heat butter, garlic, green pepper, and onion in a skillet.
Sauté for a couple of minutes, add chili, tomatoes, oregano, capers along with the juice, tuna, sauté, and season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat, let cool, and set aside.
For the vinaigrette, in a bowl mix mustard, olive oil, oregano, chives, and vinegar.
Mix the tuna with the lettuce.
Serve in a bowl or salad bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and accompany with slices of toasted bread.
