This recipe is a delicious tuna salad with mustard vinaigrette. It is for the whole family and is well complemented to give your family everything they need to eat.

1/4 teaspoons butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 green bell pepper, in juliana
3 tablespoons red onion, filleted
2 dried árbol chiles
1/2 cups cherry tomato
1/2 cups red beefsteak tomato, pear
1/8 teaspoons fresh oregano
1 tablespoon capers, with everything and brine (the juice)
3 cans canned tuna in water, drained
1/8 teaspoons black pepper powder
1/8 teaspoons table salt
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoons oregano
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
2 tablespoons vinegar, chopped
1 cup Romaine lettuce, washed, disinfected and chopped
1 white bread, in slices

Heat butter, garlic, green pepper and onion in a pan.
Sauté for a couple of minutes, add chili, tomatoes, oregano, capers with juice, tuna, sauté, season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat, let cool and reserve.
For the vinaigrette, in a bowl mix the mustard, olive oil, oregano, chives and vinegar.
Mix the tuna with the lettuce.
Serve in a bowl or salad bowl, bathe with the dressing and accompany with slices of toast.
