Mexican Tuna Salad

Hello readers, for those little ones who, like me, don’t like fish or seafood very much, I leave you this delicious recipe, as the combination of ingredients gives the tuna an exquisite flavor.

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 red beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 cucumber, medium
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • saltine crackers

  • Drain the water from the tuna. Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Dice the onion, tomato, and chili into small cubes, squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice. Peel and remove the seeds from the cucumber, and dice it into small cubes.
  • In a glass bowl, put the mayonnaise, cream, and lemon juice, and mix well. Add the chopped vegetables and stir. Combine with the tuna and the other ingredients.
  • Place a bed of previously disinfected lettuce on a large plate. Top with the tuna salad and serve with crackers.
