Hello readers, for those little ones who, like me, don’t like fish or seafood very much, I leave you this delicious recipe, as the combination of ingredients gives the tuna an exquisite flavor.
Drain the water from the tuna. Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Dice the onion, tomato, and chili into small cubes, squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice. Peel and remove the seeds from the cucumber, and dice it into small cubes.
In a glass bowl, put the mayonnaise, cream, and lemon juice, and mix well. Add the chopped vegetables and stir. Combine with the tuna and the other ingredients.
Place a bed of previously disinfected lettuce on a large plate. Top with the tuna salad and serve with crackers.
