Thoroughly disinfect the lettuce and cherry tomatoes and wash the grapes. Drain the cans of tuna.
Place a skillet over low heat, add the bacon, and cook until completely browned on both sides.
Finely chop the walnuts. In the center of a round mold, place the tuna. Around it, arrange the lettuce leaves necessary to cover the mold.
Place the cherry tomatoes and grapes, alternating between them to better appreciate the colors.
Distribute the finely chopped walnuts throughout the salad. Add olive oil to taste, and finally add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
