Turkey Salad

This is a very quick turkey salad; you can pair it with any fruit, but I recommend berries. Serve it with your favorite dressing.

  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 12 asparagus, cooked
  • 10 raspberries
  • 1 cup turkey

  • Add arugula to a glass.
  • Place 6 asparagus tips in each salad glass (only the tips).
  • Add 5 raspberries to each salad.
  • Finally, the special ingredient, the turkey.
  • Add the dressing of your choice.
