Carrot Salad

This carrot salad is very quick to prepare, and besides being quick, it's very tasty and saves you a lot of time.

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/8 cups vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 carrots

  • Wash the lettuce, drain the water, and dry it.
  • Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Peel the carrot and grate it.
  • Separate the lettuce leaves and mix them with the grated carrot.
  • Pour the olive oil dressing, and stir.
  • Serve immediately.
