1 romaine lettuce
1/2 cups olive oil
1/8 cups vinegar
salt
pepper
3 carrots

Wash the lettuce, drain the water, and dry it.
Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Peel the carrot and grate it.
Separate the lettuce leaves and mix them with the grated carrot.
Pour the olive oil dressing, and stir.
Serve immediately.
