  • 1 cauliflower , small
  • 6 zucchinis
  • 1/2 kilos peas
  • oil
  • vinegars
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Boil the separated ingredients in salted water: zucchini, cauliflower, and peeled peas.
  • Once cooked, remove them from the water and let them cool.
  • The cauliflower is broken into florets, the zucchini is sliced into rounds, and along with the peas, they are arranged on the serving platter.
  • Drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste.
