Boil the separated ingredients in salted water: zucchini, cauliflower, and peeled peas.
Once cooked, remove them from the water and let them cool.
The cauliflower is broken into florets, the zucchini is sliced into rounds, and along with the peas, they are arranged on the serving platter.
Drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste.
