Chickpeas with Spinach

  • 2 cups spinach, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 cups chickpea , cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cups cream , for whipping
  • 2 pinches curry, in powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  • Melt the butter in a deep skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, spinach, and chickpeas for 5 minutes. Mix well.
  • Add the cream, season, and cook for 3 more minutes.
