Creamy Cucumber, Chayote, Cabbage, Ham, and Celery Salad

This fresh salad recipe with cucumber, chayotes, and ham is ideal for adding more vegetables to your meals.   • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups ear corn, yellow
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely sliced

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup queso fresco, diced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh cilantro, leaves for garnish
