1/4 kilos lentils
3 tomatoes
1 avocado
1/2 onions
4 leaves lettuce
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 liter water
salt and pepper

Wash the lentils and cook them with one liter of water and salt to taste until they are tender.
Drain the lentils and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
Chop the vegetables and set aside.
Mix the vegetables with the lentils; serve.
