Gardener's Lentil Salad

Vegan salad made with lentils that you'll love. It's fresh and combines flavorful ingredients. Eat light but with all the nutrients your body needs in a complete meal.

  • 1/4 kilos lentils
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 liter water
  • salt and pepper

  • Wash the lentils and cook them with one liter of water and salt to taste until they are tender.
  • Drain the lentils and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Chop the vegetables and set aside.
  • Mix the vegetables with the lentils; serve.
