Ham Salad

Delicious and fresh recipe, ideal for sandwiches, to eat alone, on toast, or with crackers.

  • 1/2 kilos deli ham, sausage
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 can ear corn
  • 1 package yellow cheese
  • 2 green apples
  • 3/4 cups cream
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

  • The slices of ham and yellow cheese, as well as the apples, are diced and placed in a baking dish or bowl.
  • The lettuce is finely sliced and added to the previous mixture along with the drained can of corn.
  • Once all the ingredients are in the bowl, add the cream, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Ready to enjoy.
