  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile
  • 15 teaspoons Hellmann's Light® mayonnaise dressing
  • 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 jicama
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 sprigs celery, disinfected and cut into sticks
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded, cut into sticks

  • For the dressing: Mix and combine well in a bowl the chipotle, Hellmann's Light®, milk, and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth. Set aside.
  • Place the vegetables on a platter and lightly drizzle with the dressing. Insert toothpicks into the vegetables and serve immediately.
