4 potatoes, medium, cooked, and in cubes
1 can sardine, in tomato, remove the stem
1 green bell pepper, in cubes
1 onion, in cubes
2 tomatoes, in cubes
fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste
salt , and pepper to taste

Fry the onion, chili, and tomato for 3 mins; season to taste, add the tomato juice from the sardines, cover and cook for 2 mins.
Add the potatoes, season with salt, and mix; then add the sardines, cover the pot, and cook on low heat for 5 mins.
Finally, add the chopped cilantro and mix, cover the pot and remove from heat.
