1 cup black beans
1/4 onions, for the beans
1 clove garlic, for the beans
1 cup nopal
1/4 cups red onion
1/4 cups fresh cilantro
1/4 cups tomato
3 chiles
1/4 cups lemon juice
salt and pepper

Cook the black beans with garlic, onion, and salt to taste.
Cook the cactus paddles for 5 minutes in 1/2 cup of water.
Dice the other ingredients into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Add lime juice and salt.
