Mixed Salad for Mid-Season

Delicious salad for spring or autumn. It features a mix of vegetables that are easy to find year-round. It's very colorful and perfect to accompany any dish or to eat on its own.

  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 cucumber, washing
  • 1 romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tomatoes, large washes
  • 6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice

  • In a salad bowl, we place the lettuce torn into pieces by hand and add the cilantro.
  • We chop the other vegetables into cubes and the peppers into strips, adding them to the salad bowl.
  • We add the remaining ingredients, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
