Mixed Salad for Mid Season

Delicious salad for spring or autumn time. Since it has a mixture of vegetables that are easy to find all year round. It is very colorful and perfect to accompany any dish or to eat alone.

  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 cucumber, washed
  • 1 romaine lettuce, washed and sanitized
  • 2 tomatoes, big washes
  • 6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime juice

  • In a salad bowl we place the lettuce divided into pieces, with our hands and add the coriander.
  • Chop the other vegetables in the form of cubes and the peppers in strips, add to the salad bowl.
  • We put the other ingredients, mix and season to taste.
