1 cucumber, washing
1 romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
2 tomatoes, large washes
6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
1 tablespoon basil
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon juice

In a salad bowl, we place the lettuce torn into pieces by hand and add the cilantro.
We chop the other vegetables into cubes and the peppers into strips, adding them to the salad bowl.
We add the remaining ingredients, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
