  • Wash the tomatoes and dice them just like the green chilies and place in a baking dish, finely chop the onion and add to the mixture.
  • Wash and disinfect the cilantro very well and finely chop it, then incorporate it into the mixture; clean the mushrooms by removing the skin and dice them, then add to the mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients adding lemon juice and salt to taste, if desired let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
