Wash the tomatoes and dice them just like the green chilies and place in a baking dish, finely chop the onion and add to the mixture.
Wash and disinfect the cilantro very well and finely chop it, then incorporate it into the mixture; clean the mushrooms by removing the skin and dice them, then add to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients adding lemon juice and salt to taste, if desired let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
