This Russian salad recipe is a very good option for an appetizer and is also very healthy and delicious.

  • 3 apples, fresh
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 1 cup vetch
  • broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cabbage, small
  • salt, to taste
