Salad with Mustard and Honey

It’s something tasty and very easy to prepare, you can easily eat it, you can impress your partner with this salad, your kids can eat it because it’s not that bad and especially because it has sweetness, and of course, if you want to start a diet, it won’t bore you.

  • 1 butterhead lettuce
  • 100 grams nut , caramelized
  • 1 chile, yellow
  • 100 grams panela cheese
  • dressing, mustard and honey

  • Chop the lettuce, wash it, disinfect it, and let it drain. Wash the bell pepper and chop it into small cubes, the panela cheese is chopped into small cubes.
  • The walnut is broken into pieces, or you can crush it, and the honey dressing can be bought at grocery stores.
  • On a plate, place the lettuce, sprinkle the bell pepper over the lettuce, then do the same with the cheese, next do the same with the walnut, and finally, add the mustard and honey dressing to taste.
