Surimi and Cucumber Salad

  • 1 cucumber, large seedless and cut into thin strips
  • 10 olives, cut into 4
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 8 lemons, extract the juice
